SMS Terms & Consent

Graceful Management Systems™ ("GMS", "we", "us") uses SMS text messaging to communicate with customers and platform users about active jobs, estimates, appointments, and payments. This page describes what messages we send, how you consent to receive them, and how you can opt out at any time.

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Graceful Management Systems™ for the following transactional purposes only:

• Appointment and job reminders — confirmations, schedule changes, technician arrival windows, and service follow-ups.
• Estimate and quote notifications — when a new estimate is ready, when a quote is updated, or when action is required from you.
• Payment and invoice alerts — invoice issuance, payment receipts, payment due reminders, and payment failure notices.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this program.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from GMS by texting JOIN or SUBSCRIBE to (608) 597-2417 from your mobile phone. You will immediately receive a confirmation SMS confirming your subscription. No further action is required.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from GMS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active jobs, estimates, and invoices. Typical recipients receive between 2 and 10 messages per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. GMS does not charge a fee for sending SMS messages.
